Anyone Can Be Freed Of Back Pain

More or less everyone in the entire universe suffers from back pain at some point of their life. But, the great news is that everyone can get rid of it and you don’t have to be perfect to achieve that. Even if you are suffering from a serious back problem like spinal stenosis or even a herniated disc, there are ways where you won’t feel any pain, irrespective of the type of job you are in.

In a recent study conducted by the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine on 98 people. They were each given an MRI scan who has no complaints of a back pain. But at the same time the researchers found out that more than two thirds of them have some kind of abnormal disc condition.

The researchers stated that there are many people without any back pain but have bulging discs. They even went on to state that the MRI results might be a coincidence. Indeed there are millions of people in the universe who are suffering from some kind of a back problem and yet they are unaware about it as they don’t feel any pain.

Let me put out something that might cause fear. There is a very good chance of not getting completely healed. This is a possible scenario and it is very fearful. A herniated disc does not un-bulge themselves and heals by them like they have been when you were 15 years of age. Similarly a spinal stenosis just does not come and goes on its own. There is a good chance that you are also suffering from it and completely unaware of it as you do not feel any pain at all.

What could be the reason behind this? This completely depends on the alignment of the body, the position of the pelvis, the stability of the body and the curvature of the spine. There are a few ways to get rid of them permanently and definitely surgery is an option. But you should keep in mind that most of the surgeries fail within 3-5 years. This happens because most of the surgeons could not fix the real cause of the pain and instead just removes the irritant that is causing the pain.

The best way to stop the pain completely is to make sure that the back of the body is at a neutral state, more balanced and more stable. Once you achieve that everything works better from the back, the shoulders and the hip. If the body is balanced then you would be able to do almost everything that you wanted to and also you will feel more confident with your body.

Exercise is very important to achieve this. The first thing that you need to know is that there are no set of exercises that will help to deal with a herniated disc or a spinal stenosis or any other condition. So, it is always good to find the exact and the correct cause of the pain in the beginning and then start with the exercises.

On the other hand it must be kept in mind that one approach will always work for every condition. The secret is to find the root cause of the pain and always go and see a therapist or a doctor to get you properly checked out. After trying different methods and still the back hurts then the only remaining option is surgery.
